From a High School Idea to an Epic Trilogy

During his sophomore year in high school, David Earl Williams III was inspired by the tale of Robin Hood and popular RPG video games of the time, such as Final Fantasy VII and The Legend of Dragoon, along with games from other genres, such as Metal Gear Solid and the Resident Evil series, to conceptualize Valor Tale and bring it into literary reality.

In 2007, Xlibris Publishing officially published Valor Tale, spanning 270 pages. It sold about 557 copies.

In the summer of 2019, David decided to rewrite the book in script format, breathing new life into it by expanding the story, incorporating more pictures, and splitting it into three volumes for the original trilogy, which was finally completed in late summer 2026. Someday, there may potentially be a prequel and sequel.
